The Sambhava Foundation is committed to advancing women’s economic empowerment by offering skill training opportunities across various sectors. Our programs are specifically designed to equip participants from lower-income backgrounds with the essential skills needed to secure employment in a competitive job market. Over the past decade, we have successfully trained more than 3,000 beneficiaries, enabling them to achieve financial security and independence.

After placement I was not only awarded with the Starbucks Jacket as the best employee but also got the Starbucks Certification in a very short span of time, which open doors to work in any Starbucks store across the world.”
“Kolkata SAI Archer, Monika Saren ranked 2nd in Indian senior Women Archery team. A promising young archer, she is likely to appear in Archery World Cup and Olympics for the country. Monika belongs to a tribal community whose family income amounts to Rs 4000 per month. Owing to her financial condition she could not possibly continue her training. Sambhava upon realising her potential supported her financially under its sports sponsorship program. Today she is making the country proud of her achievements.”
